Doctoral student focused on molecular mechanisms regulating DNA replication and its dynamics, specialized in a method of DNA combing, quantitative image-based cytometry of the immunofluorescence-stained samples with using of ScanR analysis software, and other basic methods (f.e. clonogenic assay, WB).
