Barbora is interested in targeted LC-MS/MS analysis development and metabolomics. She is responsible for routine LC-MS/MS analysis of organic acids, acylcarnitines and acylglycines in urine samples, data processing and interpretation for the diagnosis of inherited metabolic disorders.
