The aim of PerMed T2BA is to develop both personalized diagnostic methods and drugs which would help specific groups of patients. The project is addressing one main research topic - Biomedicine and the secondary one - ICT in the digital age (Al, virtual reality, big data), both topics are part of the programme and call. Also it is developing interdisciplinarity, increases intersectoral mobility, and builds on the development of higher education. These activities are in line with documents like RIS3 strategy, priorities of applied research in the CR, EU health strategies etc. The project contributes to a sufficiently stable and long-lasting applied research base. Chosen AI methods will also facilitate reaching the outcomes of the Eur. Commission priorities in digitisation.
